Our Exchange Policies

We trust that your satisfaction with any product acquired from www.gamatics.store will be complete.

Should you need to exchange a product due to sizing, color, receipt of the wrong item, or if items are damaged in transit (please note we do not own our logistics/courier company), Gamatics is here to assist.

For products directly purchased from gamatics.store, we extend a 7-day product exchange policy from the date of receiving your goods (as specified above). Please ensure that items returned for exchange are unused, in like-new condition, with all packaging, original wrappers, and labels/tags intact and attached to the product. It's important to note that no exchanges are applicable to discounted or close-out products.


To ensure the validation of your exchange, kindly consider the following:
  • All products should be returned in entirely unused condition, accompanied by the outer polybag/box with labels and stickers intact.
  • For apparel items, please return them unworn and unwashed, ensuring that the original tags remain attached to the garment. The garment should be in its new/original condition as received, and the original polybag must also be included in the return.
Swim suits are categorized as apparel (please see the information above).

Concerns regarding Racing Suits for competition & Compression wear

When ordering Racing Suits & Racing Jammers, it is crucial to carefully determine your physical size before making a purchase. We recommend referring to our arena size chart, clearly displayed alongside the racing suits & jammers, to ensure the correct fit. If you have any questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to reach out, and our team will be happy to assist you.

Please note that these products undergo a thorough individual check by our team before being dispatched. It is crucial to wear them correctly to avoid the risk of tearing from bonded or stitched seams or fabric. In the event of such damage, gamatics.store cannot accept a return for exchange.

It's important to be aware that gamatics.store reserves the right to decline any return request if the product package is opened, the product appears used, or it is not in its original packaging suitable for resale.

Our store does not offer a refund policy. If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, we will provide a Credit Note. This note can be redeemed as store credit for the purchase of any products from gamatics.store. Please consider this information carefully before making your purchase with us.


Return an item for Exchange?

If you intend to return an item for exchange, kindly reach out to our customer service before sending the item back to us. They will be happy to assist you throughout the return process.

All cost of item return for exchange will be borne by you. Items will have to be returned and the courier charges for the same must be paid by you.

Whilst we generally process returns for exchange the day they arrive with us, please allow up to 7 days (or longer during busy periods) for your exchanges to be processed.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such, we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us. Hence please ensure that the product is packaged well before you return the same to us for exchange.

When a replacement is required urgently, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the replacement item first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above, to return the original goods and avail of the Store Credit.

You may reuse the packaging materials sent to you with your shipment.
